Casa Calmate is the perfect getaway for small families, group of friend and/or couples close to Playa Guiones, restaurants and cafes in the G-section of Nosara.

The house has a nice and spacious kitchen, stone countertops, gas stove and oven, well stocked with cookware, appliances, and knickknacks, and ample storage.

There is a new, completely renovated bathroom that is outfitted with slate tile flooring, a glass shower partition and a bench in the shower.

There are two bedrooms both with A/C: the master, which has a queen bed built out of teak and spacious closets. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (please note different than the current photo - we hope to have new photos up soon!)

The real heart of the property though is the beautiful outdoor 300+ sq ft covered patio. It is furnished with a large teak picnic table for outdoor dining and is covered by a ceiling inlaid with tropical hardwood, two industrial ceiling fans.

The covered patio leads to a newly built pool and patio. The pool has sea-green tile, lots of seating nooks for relaxing and escaping the midday heat and is well-sized for the house. Beyond the pool is an outdoor shower with a rainfall style shower head.
